Pain and disuse commonly lead to poor movement patterns. These poor movement patterns make getting rid of pain and getting back to the activities you love very difficult. We will teach you simple - but deeply effective - corrective exercises catered to your exact movement needs.

In order for pain to not only go away, but to stay away, you need to recondition your body to be able to deal with the stressors of daily life. Everyone is different. You may need resistance training, breath work, cardiovascular training, or any number of other things. It is this stage where you become more resilient than you were even BEFORE your pain started!
